The service requires confirmation of age 18+ and consent to mature AI-generated material. It describes its companions as AI entertainment. Its girlfriend focus is evident in the navigation, which includes My Girls, Chats, and Create AI Girlfriend, alongside catalog filters for hair color, ethnicity, and body type.

Girlfriend companions are better established than boyfriend availability on AI Angels. Bot & Bae reports 540+ female characters and no boyfriends, while the official homepage doesn’t establish male companion support. A boyfriend option therefore remains unconfirmed.

AI Angels chat features and free access

Text is only part of AI Angels’ chat offering, though some options depend on the character. Bot & Bae lists the following features:

• Browser-based text conversations and photos support the companion chat experience.
• Voice notes and calls add audio interaction, with calls limited to selected characters.
• Character creation allows custom companions, and short video is also listed. Video calls aren’t supported.

AI Angels and Candy AI share a focus on companion conversations that include images. That similarity doesn’t establish equivalent prices, free allowances, or conversation quality.

Reports on conversation quality are mixed. Mercado observed repetition and scene resets with three companions, along with one invented prior interaction. Those findings raise questions about continuity, but the review’s seven-day memory testing remained unfinished.

Companion Compass reported successful recall in a September 17 Premium test. That result shows recall worked in that particular test. It doesn’t settle how reliably conversations retain details over longer periods.

AI Angels pricing and what premium includes

Subscription prices vary by tier, and published credit allowances conflict. Bot & Bae’s October reporting lists the following prices and credits and describes Diamond as crypto-only.

The official comparison lists the lower allowances shown above for Private and All Yours. Neither set of figures confirms which allowance currently applies. The credit allowance and billing term shown at checkout need checking before payment.

Premium access includes substantial galleries in at least some cases. Mercado reported that subscribing unlocked galleries, including Seo-a’s 219 photos and two videos. That example shows how much premium content is available for one character, though it doesn’t establish the same volume for every character.

Photos, voice notes, calls, and video all use the same available credit balance. Spending more on one leaves fewer credits for the others, so the mix of media requested matters alongside the subscription price.

Photo quality and flaws in prebuilt content

Photo quality varies across AI Angels’ prebuilt content. Editorial observations identify extra fingers and implausible anatomy in some images. These defects make a companion look unnatural even when the face remains recognizable.

Mercado reported consistent faces but uneven realism across characters. Madison and Seo-a appeared more photographic, while Cassidy, Kinsley, and Calista looked more visibly generated. Madison’s own gallery mixed convincing images with airbrushed ones, and videos appeared animated.

A large gallery doesn’t guarantee consistently realistic results. Facial consistency, anatomical accuracy, and a photographic appearance are separate qualities. An image may preserve a character’s identity while still looking artificial or containing physical defects.

Photo delivery presents a separate issue. In Mercado’s Seo-a/Morgan group test, both companions acknowledged a photo request, but neither delivered it. That instance concerns whether an image arrived at all, rather than whether its anatomy looked plausible. It doesn’t establish that photo delivery always fails.

Who runs AI Angels and who bills you

AI Angels names its operator. Its terms and privacy policy say the service is run by AiAppDevelopment OÜ, at Tornimäe tn 7 in Tallinn, Estonia, and the terms are governed by Estonian law. Both documents carry an effective date of 23 March 2026.

Payments go through third-party billing providers, and the terms name Verotel and CardBilling as examples. A charge may show up on your bank statement under a billing partner’s descriptor rather than the AI Angels name, and for unrecognised charges the terms point to www.vtsup.com alongside AI Angels’ own billing address.

Read the refund rules before paying. Section 7.2 of the terms says “Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment” and “No refunds will be issued where tokens, credits, or subscription benefits have been used.” It also says refunds “can only be processed for subscription packages purchased via card payments”, so a plan paid in crypto, which Bot & Bae reports is the only way to buy Diamond, has no refund route under the terms.

EU and UK buyers get a 14-day withdrawal right under section 7.3. The same section warns that it may be lost once credits, tokens or a subscription have been used. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Is AI Angels worth paying for?

Paying makes most sense when the desired conversation experience matches the service’s focus. The exact allowance shown at checkout and likely media use also matter, since the subscription price alone doesn’t establish the total cost.
